Most automobile manufacturers manage dealerships at a regional level via a dealer associations. All promotions get created at HQ level and then pushed to each of the dealerships via the dealership association. The creation of a promotion is a heavy investment not only in terms of costs in actual dollars but also around measuring its success, which equates to understanding the return on investments. OHDA (Ontario Honda Dealer Association) manages such dealerships.

Brash technologies was presented this challenge in terms of creating a technology solution around this problem.

Brash technologies in partnership with its design partner Soshal and OHDA's agency of record DS&P was able to create a custom software solution consisting of a mobile application and a web based operations tool. The product had a heavy emphasis of reporting and analytic capabilities with innovative problem solving using a combination of a loyalty program, gamification and social media selling.
